Contacts
Contact name, email, phone, and tags export as CSV from ClickFunnels and import into GoHighLevel. I dedupe by email first, because the same buyer often appears once per funnel.
I rebuild your ClickFunnels funnels in GoHighLevel, move your products, order forms, and contacts across, and test the full buy flow with a real test payment before anything goes live. Quoted individually, as custom scope.
A ClickFunnels migration is different from a CRM migration. The data is small, the pages are the work. Contacts, products, and your Stripe account move without much trouble. The funnels themselves do not move at all, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you an import that does not exist.
Contact name, email, phone, and tags export as CSV from ClickFunnels and import into GoHighLevel. I dedupe by email first, because the same buyer often appears once per funnel.
Your Stripe account stays yours. I connect the same Stripe account to GoHighLevel, so payments keep flowing to the same place. No customer has to re-enter a card.
Product names, prices, and variants are a list, and lists move. They become GoHighLevel products with the same prices, so order forms in the new account charge what your old ones charged.
Headlines, body copy, testimonials, and images from your ClickFunnels pages are yours to reuse. I copy them across and rebuild the pages around them in GoHighLevel, keeping the wording your buyers already respond to.
Follow-up email copy exports as text and HTML. I rebuild the templates in GoHighLevel and remap the merge fields to GoHighLevel custom fields, so no email goes out with a blank name.
Your domain stays yours. DNS is repointed from ClickFunnels to GoHighLevel on cutover day, and the old pages stay live until the new ones are tested, so there is no gap where a funnel returns an error.
This is the bulk of the job. A ClickFunnels account with five funnels is five rebuilds, and each funnel has its own pages, order flow, and follow-up. I work funnel by funnel, and I test each one end to end before moving to the next.
ClickFunnels pages do not export. There is no file you can hand to GoHighLevel. Each page, opt-in, sales page, order form, thank-you page, is rebuilt in the GoHighLevel funnel builder. The layout, copy, and images stay close to the original, and the parts that were slow or broken get fixed in the rebuild rather than copied.
ClickFunnels order forms with order bumps and one-click upsells become GoHighLevel order forms and products. The upsell flow is rebuilt step by step: what the buyer sees after paying, what happens if they say yes, what happens if they say no. This is the part of the rebuild where a missed step costs real money.
Follow-up funnels and Actionetics email sequences become GoHighLevel workflows. The timing, the wait between emails, and the stop rules are set again by hand. I work from the original sequence, not from memory, so no email in the middle gets dropped.
ClickFunnels membership content does not transfer. If you sell a course or a membership, the content and the member access rules are rebuilt in GoHighLevel memberships. Member passwords do not transfer, so members get new login details as part of cutover.
Facebook Pixel, Google tags, and any tracking code on your ClickFunnels pages have to be placed on the new GoHighLevel pages. I check each page after rebuild to confirm the right tags fire on the right step, including the purchase event.
Anything ClickFunnels sent out by webhook or through Zapier, to a sheet, a CRM, or an email tool, has to be re-pointed at GoHighLevel. I list every connection before cutover so nothing silently stops working the day the funnels move.
ClickFunnels migrations go wrong in ways that cost money on day one. These are the ones I check before cutover:
Most migrations take 2 to 6 weeks. Your ClickFunnels funnels keep taking orders while I build in GoHighLevel, so there is no dead week where your sales pages are down.
Step 01
I list every funnel, every page inside it, every product, order form, upsell, follow-up sequence, and integration. This list becomes the scope and the quote.
Step 02
Each funnel is mapped step by step: what the buyer sees, what happens on submit, what happens on payment, what happens on yes or no at each upsell. Nothing gets rebuilt from memory.
Step 03
Pages, order forms, products, and follow-up workflows are rebuilt in GoHighLevel and tested with real test payments: opt-in, order, bump, upsell, thank-you page, confirmation email, and the pipeline move.
Step 04
On the agreed date DNS is repointed to GoHighLevel, the new funnels go live, and ClickFunnels stays paid up for a short while so you can roll back. You get handover notes and a walkthrough, plus 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and small tweaks.
Related work: GoHighLevel setup and GoHighLevel automation cover what gets built inside your new account once the funnels are in. The full migration list is on the GoHighLevel migration page, and the hub is at GoHighLevel setup and automation.
Migration is quoted individually as custom scope. The price depends on how many funnels you have, how many pages sit inside them, whether order forms and upsells are involved, and how many follow-up sequences need rebuilding. A single simple funnel costs far less than five funnels with memberships and upsell flows. You get a fixed quote before work starts. GoHighLevel software itself is paid separately to GoHighLevel: Starter $97 a month, Unlimited $297 a month, Founder $497 a month (formerly Agency Pro / SaaS Pro), with a 14-day free trial. Usage for SMS, email, and calls is billed separately.
Most migrations take 2 to 6 weeks. One funnel with a few pages can move in 1 to 2 weeks. Several funnels with order forms, upsells, and memberships take longer, because each page is rebuilt by hand and tested. Your timeline is agreed before work starts.
No. ClickFunnels does not offer a page export that GoHighLevel can import. Every page is rebuilt in the GoHighLevel funnel builder, using your existing copy, images, and layout as the guide. That is slower than an import, and it is also the reason the rebuild is a good time to fix pages that were underperforming.
Contacts export as CSV and import into GoHighLevel. Purchase history, which funnel step a buyer reached, and order records do not carry over in full, so I keep a purchase export as your record. Your Stripe account connects to GoHighLevel directly, so future payments land in the same Stripe account and no customer has to re-enter a card.
Yes, once rebuilt. Order bumps and one-click upsells are rebuilt as GoHighLevel order forms and products, with the same yes and no paths. I test the full flow with a real test payment before cutover: opt-in, order form, bump, upsell, thank-you page, and the confirmation email.
Yes, and you should. Your ClickFunnels funnels stay live and taking orders while I rebuild in GoHighLevel. On the agreed cutover date, DNS is repointed, the new funnels are switched on, and ClickFunnels stays paid up for a short while after, so you can roll back if anything looks wrong.
Tell me how many funnels you have, whether order forms and upsells are involved, and what is pushing you to move. I will come back with a scope, a timeline, and a fixed quote, with no obligation.
