Account and sub-account setup
I set up your GoHighLevel account and sub-account properly from the start: business details, users, permissions, and the settings most people skip and regret later.
A working GoHighLevel account, not an empty one. Pipeline, lead capture, instant follow-up and appointment booking, set up for how you actually sell, tested before launch, and handed over with documentation.
This is a foundation setup. It gives a solo business or a new GoHighLevel user everything needed to capture leads, reply fast, and book appointments, without paying for features you will not use yet.

Stages that match how you actually sell, not the default template. Tags and custom fields so you can see at a glance where every lead stands.
A form on your website or landing page that pushes new leads straight into the pipeline, with the fields you need and none you don't.
A new lead gets a reply within minutes, then a short sequence of reminders. Written in plain language, in your voice, not a generic template.
Your calendar, your working hours, your buffers. Clients book themselves in, get a confirmation, and get reminded before the appointment.
One focused page for the offer that brings in most of your leads, with the form connected to the pipeline above.
I test every trigger, message and booking before launch, then hand over documentation and walk you through the account on a call so you can run it yourself.
The price is $900, one-time, in USD. It covers the build work only. GoHighLevel software is paid separately to GoHighLevel, and SMS, email and call usage is billed separately by GoHighLevel. If you need more than one pipeline or longer automation, that is the CRM Automation build, from $1,500.
Most setups take 2 to 6 weeks. The biggest variable is usually how quickly you can provide logins, content and answers to a few questions about how you sell.
Step 01
You tell me what you sell, where leads come from now, and what happens to them after they enquire. If a $900 setup is the wrong fit, I say so on that call.
Step 02
I build the pipeline, forms, follow-up, calendar and page inside your account. You get progress updates as it takes shape, not silence for three weeks.
Step 03
I submit test leads, check the messages arrive, book test appointments, and move contacts through the pipeline by hand to make sure nothing breaks.
Step 04
We go live. For 30 days after launch I fix bugs and make small tweaks at no extra charge, and you have the walkthrough recording and documentation to fall back on.
For 30 days after launch I fix bugs and make small tweaks at no extra charge. If a message is not sending, a calendar slot is wrong, or a stage needs renaming, that is covered. Bigger changes after that are quoted as separate work.
The handover matters as much as the build. You get documentation for the account and a walkthrough on a call, so you are not stuck calling me every time you want to change a message or add a team member.
Already have a GoHighLevel account that is half-built or broken? A setup is not the right starting point. Look at the account audit or the fix and rescue page.
Account and sub-account setup, one pipeline with stages, tags and custom fields, a lead capture form, one SMS plus email follow-up sequence, calendar setup and appointment booking, a basic funnel or landing page, testing, handover documentation and a walkthrough session, and 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and small tweaks.
Most setups take 2 to 6 weeks from the first call to launch, depending on how much content and access you can provide. A straightforward setup with everything ready can be done faster. The timeline is agreed before work starts.
No. The $900 is a one-time fee for the setup work. GoHighLevel itself is paid separately to GoHighLevel: Starter $97 a month, Unlimited $297 a month, or Founder $497 a month (renamed in October 2026, formerly Agency Pro / SaaS Pro). Annual billing works out to $970, $2,970 and $4,970 a year. There is a 14-day free trial, and SMS, email and call usage is billed separately.
No. I can advise on which plan fits your business and set up the account as part of the build. If you already have an account, I build inside it.
Then the setup grows into CRM automation, from $1,500, which adds multiple pipelines, longer nurture sequences, lead routing and integrations with tools like Meta lead forms and Stripe. See the GoHighLevel CRM Automation page for the full scope.
A ready-made snapshot product, AI voice agents, a full website rebuild, migration from another CRM, and ongoing management after the 30 days of support. Those are quoted separately if you need them.
Tell me what you sell, where leads come from now, and where they go cold. I will come back with a scope, a timeline, and the $900 price confirmed in writing, with no obligation.
